Chiropractic Care

 After an initial Consult, we partner with You on which type of care best suits your needs and wishes.   Techniques include Diversified, Palmer, Activator, Sacral-Occipital and the Thompson

methods.   Since 1992 here in Mesa,  Dr O'Hara has enjoyed helping thousands from all ages

and lifestyles.     He generally uses some muscle relaxing technique  before adjusting.  You can tailor your visits to your needs.   Dr O'Hara assisted teaching in technique at Cleveland Chiropractic College, as well as assistant to professors in Anatomy and Public Health.  Ours is a wholisitc approach.

Massage Therapy

Dr O'Hara does much with each treatment using the best percussion instrument-
